Paramount Kensington Sunroom with Velux WindowsThe Kensington Sunroom

The Kensington Sunroom takes its name from the royal residence of Kensington Palace. Its focal point of design are the Velux Windows in the roofing system giving it a very airy and light feel.

Velux Roof Windows

For over 60 years VELUX Company Ltd has manufactured the world's leading roof windows.

From the first windows of 1941 VELUX has developed an extensive range envied throughout the marketplace. VELUX provide not only solutions to immediate problems, but offer an unequalled variety of different shapes and sizes allowing the architect to make positive design statements.

Used imaginatively, VELUX roof windows can become the focal point around which a property can be built. The concept of space and light having positive psychological, health, and energy saving benefits is well documented.

Kensington Palace

Kensington Palace is a royal residence set in Kensington Gardens in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in London, England. It has been a residence of the British Royal Family since the 17th century.

Today it is the official residence of The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester; the Duke and Duchess of Kent; and Prince and Princess Michael of Kent. Kensington Palace is also used on an unofficial basis by Prince Harry, as well as his cousin Zara Phillips[citation needed]. Until 1997, it was the official residence of Diana, Princess of Wales and of Princess Margaret until 2002.
